Coram Deo: Living Every Moment in the Presence of God

Coram Deo is a meaningful way to describe living every moment—every day, every minute, every second—in the presence of God. The phrase originates from Latin, with cōram meaning “in the presence of” and deo (derived from deus) meaning “God.” These terms appear in the Vulgate Bible and align with concepts from Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek traditions.

The purpose of this site is to inspire people to live every moment in the face of God—not just on Sundays or during holidays, but in the routine of daily life. As a global community, we must hold fast to the belief that goodness and integrity will outshine wickedness. Every belief system, even those that identify as agnostic or atheistic, carries a code of morality. In a world that feels increasingly dark, we must come together to let our collective light shine brightly, driving away the shadows of despair.

How do we become a light so radiant that darkness fades away? It begins with a simple yet profound step: our actions. Each of us has complete control over how we live. By choosing to align our lives with the presence of God, we illuminate the world around us.
